SOILIKKI VILJANEN

I am an expert in people-centred leadership, dialogue and value-based development. I believe that only people can solve man-made problems - and that trust comes from meeting, listening and meaningful interaction.

At the core of my thinking are innovation, dialogic leadership and a hands-on ethic. I strive to build a society where people have the space to be whole.I have a PhD and an Executive MBA and am working on a dissertation on how encounter and dialogue can create social innovation (working title: "Human innovation - when encounter drives change")

I have chaired the Finnish Business Ethics Network (EBEN Finland) and have written and published several articles and speeches on values, leadership and social impact. My focus is on solving societal problems by supporting human beings.
